Includes 30 minute phone call, on-line session or meeting to review intake form, research and creation, one or two products and 15 minute follow up consultation.

Conditions such as  muscular tension, stress disorders, respiratory and digestive issues and women’s issues may be addressed.  Dependent on your intention for your session you will receive one or two products. Suggestions for simple home herbal remedies will also be included to create a totally holistic approach to gentle healing.  In person consultations may also include sound healing or other energy work upon request.
