How do you ship?

All of the products are freshly created for you at the time of ordering. Please allow a couple of days before your order is shipped.

There is a flat rate for shipping and handling using U.S. Priority Mail. For express options contact me.

Kauai orders only may be picked up directly, or if the order is over $100, we will deliver at no cost. Just place your order online and the options for Kauai will appear at checkout.

At this time I do not ship outside of the United States.

How can I pay?

You may use a credit card, Apple Pay or Pay Pal to process your payment.

What if my order is damaged on arrival?

If your order is damaged on arrival it will be replaced or credited to you. Just send a photo.

Can I return an item?

I do not offer returns on opened products. If you are uncertain about liking an oil I suggest you try out a 1ml sample first. If a sample isn’t available for your chosen product please contact me (808) 212-7062. If you are on Kauai you are welcome to test oils before purchase.

Is your packaging recyclable?

i love our planet and protect it in any way I can. I use recyclable packaging wherever possible. If you receive plastic packaging it’s because it’s being recycled!

Most of the BE products are in glass containers. If you have a specific need for a PET plastic container for your purchase please let me know.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of the BE oil blends and hydrosols is a minimum of 1 year from date of purchase, when stored correctly, unless otherwise specified in product description at the time of ordering.

Flower essences generally will last at least 10 years.
